Enhancements to Synergy PRSA online applications with effect from 11 November 2024

Our online applications were introduced to make it easier for you and your clients to work together to plan for their second lives. Taking your valuable feedback on board, we’ve made some changes to our Synergy PRSA online applications to help make this journey as smooth as possible by streamlining the process and bringing more clarity to what’s needed from each party. 

What’s changed?

  1. We’ve streamlined the process to reduce repetition. 
  2. We’ve updated our explanatory text to make it clear to the reader exactly what’s needed to complete the process. 
  3. We’ve made some updates to ensure information is sought from the right person to make the process more efficient. 

You can now choose to either complete the direct debit details yourself or the client or employer can complete the details as part of the DocuSign process. We’ve also made the same change, adding choice to the employer tax registration number, which now can be assigned to the employer to complete during the DocuSign process. 


These changes have been made to all three Synergy PRSA online applications: 

  • Synergy PRSA 
  • Synergy AVC PRSA 
  • Transfer from Synergy Executive Pension to Synergy PRSA
