-
'Date received' is the date we receive the application by email or post. That's the date we use on the PRSA and PP top up certificates we issue to advisers.
We allocate units once we have all the information and the funds we need. That’s the 'date applied'.
-
If your client is making contributions of €15,000 or more, we have to carry out a maximum funding check. That means we need to know:
- The main scheme value (DB: Pension Value and lump sum value on retirement, DC: Current Value).
- The date your client joined the scheme
- The value of any other pensions your client holds, as well as whether they relate to this or previous employment, the type of plan and the provider it’s held with.
- Your client’s current or most recent salary.
-
You'll find pricing options and commission details of your client's existing policy and any top ups or increments on Client View. If we have agreed any bespoke or special terms with you, please tell us about them in any correspondence.
-
Our pipeline system on Client View will keep you up to date with the progress of your request.
